Thank you for your purchase with us at ByauBeauty.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we would love to hear from you. We hope you loved what you ordered.  We will try our best to find a resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide photos of your damaged or wrong items.  Email us at customersupport@byaubeauty.com.  We recommend contacting us immediately and/or no later than 5 days of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

Byau Beauty is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions or orders made without using a promotional link. If a sale starts at 12:00 PM EST, and an order is placed at 11:59 AM EST, the discount code will not be honored as the discount code would have to be in place at 12:00 PM EST.
